A masters qualified HR professional with experience working across a variety of industry sectors including: logistics, healthcare, NFP, and retail.
As the ER Business Partner, this individual supports a predominantly blue-collar workforce of around 1100 employees with the majority of time spent on employee and industrial relations matters. This will include managing investigations, grievances, PM matters, disciplinary matters, stress claims and workers’ compensation etc. They get involved in FW matters, consulting with union delegates and provide EA support. Forming part of the strategic IR committee, and meeting with unions is a regular occurrence.
This individual has attended the commission for numerous matters- with a legal representative when required. They have been involved in driving large restructures, decommissioning of sites, and EA negotiations.
This experienced ER/IR BP presents as intelligent and capable, with a passion for employee and industrial relations and the appetite to grow their experience. They are looking to continue to work in a heavily industrial environment with a focus on employee and industrial relations.
