The Creative Artworker is responsible for the creation of original
artwork and images for use by the business (BD AUS) in a variety of

and execution of a wide range of projects: impactful internal and external campaign
activations and in-store theatre.
6-10 years’ specialist experience in retail and in-store marketing communications at a
leading retail business, as well as experience in in-store marketing knowledge
Key skills required
Creating artwork for a variety of communications material to include: advertising, POS,
branding and marketing projects/campaigns
Creating artwork of the highest standard within client guidelines.
Ensuring that all artwork is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines.
Collaborative skills to work closely with senior account managers and account executives as
well as the client.
Adapting artwork based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Creating print ready artwork for use by various retail departments.
Preparing layouts, formatting text to stylesheets.
Working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times.
Constructing artwork master templates for use throughout the organisation.
Putting together internal guidelines for artwork.
Working on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts
