Digital Producer / Project Manager

My client is a leading Brand and Creative Agency, focused on delivering the highest in quality experience to its diverse and highly engaged client base. Its culture is of utmost importance to us, with our clients and staff always embracing our values and honest approach to our work.

They are creating a new digital focused team within our agency. and we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Digital Producer /Project Manager to own the day-to-day operational aspects of successfully delivering projects to clients and partners. The successful candidate will coordinate and communicate project scopes of work, expectations and deadlines across internal teams, clients and shareholders.

Your day to day

• Maintain project timelines and work plans ensuring project deliverables and key milestones are communicated and met
• Manage project budgets and finances confirming proper input into the time management system
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and digital areas 
• Track project reporting and feedback to facilitate the improvement of processes and delivery

The Ideal Match:

• Having a good range of creative or digital agency experience
• Has previous project management experience creating developing project plans (inc wire framing), resource and finance management
• Having a passion for a broad range of marketing and technology experience
• Have passion for digital with a hands on attitude and entrepreneurial problem approach
