As the Employee and Industrial Relations Specialist, you will have a national portfolio across a group of businesses, working closely with the Group HR Director and the GM of Legal supporting a team of HR Business Partners. This is a varied position that will involve; providing employee and industrial relations advice, complex investigation, mediation, EA planning and negotiation (ideally), development of ER and IR strategies, preparation of documentation for mediation, management of employment claims, unfair dismissals and general protection matters. You will also be responsible for attending and representing the organisation at JEG meetings through the commission.
