This Head of Talent role is in a large organisation that is growing - now is your chance to make an impact and grow a Talent Acquisition function that is fit for the future.
Reporting to the Chief of People, you will be the specialist that develops and drives the strategy of a consultative talent acquisition model. Whilst the team is currently reactive - this is something that needs to change as the organisation grows. Working closely with key stakeholders you will be developing and executing long term strategies in branding, marketing, and sourcing designed to attract key talent through all media channels. You will be driving a team of talent acquisition consultants that are collaborative and capable.
Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will be able to use your expertise to drive talent acquisition and enhance a wonderful purpose-driven organisation to better market their EVP, meet their stakeholders' needs and truly make a difference in the management and wellbeing of the people that they look after.
