This well established growing Global Organisation is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to complement their growing HR team.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Business Partner will work very closely with Regional Managers in providing generalist support to both a blue and white collar workforce in a fast-paced, professional and diverse environment. For the first 12 months there will be a large focus on IR which includes:
- Interpretation of EBA's - there are 5 across a group of 220
- Participate and facilitate EBA negotiations with the help of the HR Operations Manager
- Manage disputes and commissioner requests on submissions
- Provide payroll interpretation and summaries for EBA's
This is a varied position where you will be involved in providing Human Resources support and advice as well as working on HR projects.
With tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working with EBA's, you will build strong relationships to best support the business. The ability to engage, support and advise the business is key to the success of this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
