With a strong values based approach and a focus on their customer, this NFP doesn't just talk about their mission, they live it daily through their aligned commercial and people strategy. Change is constant and ramping up, and because of this, there is a need for experienced Human Resources Business partners to support key divisions across the group. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Don’t think of this as your traditional HR Business Partner position, waist high in employee and industrial relations. This is the new era of HR Business Partners, focusing on partnering with key senior managers around; People and Performance, implementing newly created strategic workforce programs, cultural engagement, OD and building capability. There will of course be employee and industrial relations matters to attend to, but is by no means the focus of the position. These positions have been created to lift and build capability, with a strong HR strategy underpinning this, there is so much value to be delivered.

Reporting to the HR Business Manager, working in a supportive HR team, you will support your client group across different business streams and locations with key initiatives to support growth and change. You will be a strong coach with experience in partnering with specialists to drive an OD agenda that is second to none. You will have the ability to build rapport and adapt your style dependant on your audience.

You will be assigned to a region across Sydney and weekly travel is a requirement, therefore you will need access to your own vehicle.

THIS POSITION IS SUITED TO

A strategic and operationally focused HR Generalist Business Partner, with strong interpersonal skills who is excited to roll up their sleeves and partner with key stakeholders to drive the HR agenda.

You love change, but you also understand the importance and value of process and the rewards that come with long term strategy. You enjoying working in a fast paced and what can be, demanding environment, and you have the controls in place to excel in that exact type of environment. You have a consultative style and are looking to be part of a values based organisation who are looking to shake things up.

Ongoing travel is a requirement and as such a full drivers license and vehicle are required.
