This large values based organisation with a focus on the customer is about to embark on some exciting growth. Change is constant and ramping up so there is a need for an additional Human Resources Business partner to support a few key divisions.
Reporting to the HR Business Manager you will support the business with key initiatives to support change and growth. The role will enable you to drive key OD initiatives that will drive capability and engagement. You will coach and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive and grow their divisions. Your role will involve 50% travel to the Northern areas, although your primary base will be the CBD.
It would be greatly beneficial if you had experience with health care as there is a strong need to hit the ground running and the business strategy in the portfolios will see a lot of change in the next few years as they grow and implement changes.
