This organisation has a long history supporting Australia's economy - with a large footprint and plans to keep growing they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to complement their corporate team.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for the corporate division, you will work very closely with leaders to provide generalist support that will affect a blue and white collar workforce in a fast-paced, professional and diverse environment. The organisation has been through a large structural change and as such the leaders are embedding and the HR team are developing capability. This is a varied role where you will be involved in providing Human Resources support and advice as well as working on HR projects. Some projects include involvement in a new Performance Management Framework, implementation of a new digital workflow tool and diversity and inclusion. In conjunction with the HR Advisors, you will help develop their skills so that you can move away from the tactical and into the strategic elements.
With tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working as a commercial Business Partner, you will have a seat at the leadership table, be able to build strong relationships and be able to communicate with impact to negotiate outcomes to best support the business. The ability to engage, coach and advise Leaders are key to the success of this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
