The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing effective HR and administrative support to the HR team through the provision of; HR administration, reporting, analytics, and coordinating projects. This position is well suited to a HR Graduate with 1-2 years HR or Administration experience, looking to kick start or step up their HR career. If you have a appetite for Industrial Relations this position will provide you plenty of insight.
You need to be a go-getter, ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), planning and prioritising skills are needed to perform in this position.
