This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong Industrial Relations experience looking to take on a more specialised position OR an experienced Workplace Relations/ IR Specialist, looking to develop their experience and be seen as the SME expert for a global group of companies offering plenty of career development opportunities in a nationally focused position.
As the Industrial Relations Specialist you will have a national portfolio across a group of businesses, working closely with the Group HR Director and the GM of Legal supporting a team of competent HR Business Partners. This is a varied position that will involve; providing employee and industrial relations advice, complex investigation, mediation, EA planning and negotiation (ideally), development of ER and IR strategies, preparation of documentation for mediation, management of employment claims, unfair dismissals and general protection matters. You will also be responsible for attending and representing the organisation at JEG meetings through the commission.
