Perfect opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer with a love for creating soft skills customer service content. This is ideally an asap start with a well known global organisation with an inclusive culture that is outcomes focused.
As the ID specialist, you will partner with internal SME's, Trainers and the L&D team to gain insights that you will then turn into engaging material around customer service support in a highly regulated environment.
Experience creating material for customer service teams in the Financial/Insurance sectors is desirable as well as strong stakeholder management and highly developed communication skills. Experience in working in an unstructured environment, working to tight deadlines (project management skills) and the ability to get in and roll up your sleeves is required to perform in the position successfully.
To be suitable for this position you will be experienced in using Storyline and Captivate.
This is an ASAP start 2 month contract.
Day rate $550- $750 dependant on experience.
