Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/ Talent Consultant looking to join a dynamic, growing and values based organisation for an initial 3 month contract opportunity with the potential to develop and extend. 
Ideally you will have experience with recruiting within the Healthcare space. 

Join a small Talent Acquisition Team and report to a supportive HR and Talent Manager who is looking for an experienced recruiter to come on board an hit the ground running. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment function, this will involve; stake holder management, providing support to managers, taking job briefs, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, processing background checks, testing and managing the on-boarding process.
To be successful in this position you will need to be a self-starter, someone who can work autonomously with minimal supervision. The ability to manage multiple vacancies whilst providing support to managers is key to the success of this position. You will thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and love people!
Experience recruiting with the Healthcare space as well as assessment centre experience is highly regarded.
