Reporting to the head of Organisational Development you will be tasked to lead and project manage an implementation of the company’s onboarding programmes across a large, diverse workforce.
The consultation and stakeholder workshops have been facilitated to document the current experience, define needs, expectations & existing issues with The Executive, Senior Leaders, Managers, Service Staff, Specialists, Contractors, Temps, HR, Change Management, L&D & Recruitment.
There has also been a review of the full process; content, delivery, platforms, process-integration & identification of gaps/issues/ needs to ensure H&S and legal compliance, capability development, person-centred care philosophy, cultural values, and business connection that aligns with probation process.
You will need to review the analysis of all relevant data that has been collected and the project will focus on improvements in retention, engagement and capability.
