After a transformational change, a need has arisen for a part-time Organisational Development Business Partner.

This innovative insurance company is embarking on a new era of growth. After a transformational change, a need has arisen for a part-time Organisational Development Business Partner that can build capability in their Managers and embed sustainable change. 

Reporting to the Head of Change and Organisational Development you will partner with the workers' compensation team to coach and collaborate to ensure that they are supported through the change. The infrastructure for the change is in place and now it is time to build and improve. You will also support capability development, leadership capability and work to embed behaviours.

This is a great opportunity that will suit someone that has the ability to work independently and collaboratively, is able to inspire, coach and develop others whilst managing change and lead with confidence. Please note that this role is a part-time role and they are flexible on when you can work those hours - it is also a 2 year FTC.
