Reporting to the Organisational Enablement lead, you will be the specialist that drives organisational development projects and processes around leadership, culture, talent, reward and recognition, engagement and diversity and inclusion that connect with the overall business strategy.
They have been building a leadership capability program from the ground up, rolling out a new capability framework, designing and running brand new values workshops, embedding messages about their new EVP, talent and succession planning and the list goes on. This is groundbreaking for this organisation and is being received with open arms.
Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will have a strong analytical mind with the ability to truly partner with the business.
