Reporting to the Head of People and Culture supervising a recruiter and a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for providing effective HR support to the organisation. You will work in a close knit HR team with a large portion of your time spent providing advice around performance and managing employee relations matters. You will be responsible for conducting investigations and partnering with the business. You will also work across a variety of HR projects.
You need to have an appetite for and enjoy employee relations, be willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), planning and prioritising skills are needed to perform in this position. You will be proactive and you will have the drive to implement and manage people and HR Projects. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract and 4 days per week.
