An awesome opportunity exists for a HR specialist with some great OD experience to join a tech start up that is growing. Working as part of a global team the fundamental core of the role is to ensure that new programs are built to ensure that the business can grow with the demand!
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture you will help build solutions that will be rolled out globally. Working with the Head of P&C and relevant stakeholders, you will design and implement people programs such as a probation process, remuneration process and onboarding. There is also a strategic HR Business Partnering component to the role and it is important that you can deal with all levels including the C Suite. You will be the go to person for operational HR activities also.
