A need has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner that can help build capability in a newly created permanent HR Business Partner position with a focus on building capability and driving change in a growing and changing environment.
Reporting to an impressive People and Culture Manager and working within a supportive HR team, you will partner with your client group and key stakeholders across a predominately white collar workforce supporting senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support in an operational and strategic capacity. Focusing on leadership and frontline development, you will have the opportunity to work across and drive HR projects which will include; succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. You will also be across employee relations and performance, workforce planning and coaching and building capabilities. To execute this you will work closely with the HR and L&D teams.
