This leading organisation is committed to change, growth and moving from good to great. After a number of strategic changes the need has arisen for a driven People Performance lead to manage and champion their performance process.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development you will be responsible for the management and championing of the development process across the business. You will map overall goals and ensure that they are embedded in individual and group performance plans and ensure that compliance to this is upheld. You will also coach and develop leaders to increase productivity and by the end of the first 6 months you will be well known and acknowledged in the business.
As a key contributor to the creation and development of people strategy you will be responsible for the embedding and continuation of development.
