Reporting to the Human Resources Director, working alongside a HR Business Partner and a HR Administrator, the Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business leaders and the leadership team both strategically and operationally, with a focus on employee and industrial relations, performance, driving organisational capability, leadership development and change management initiatives.
Occasional interstate travel when required.
A seasoned HR Business partner with a focus and passion for ER/IR, who wants to get more involvement in HR strategy whilst rolling up their sleeves across operations. You will be looking to step up and support the HRD, managing escalations and being the SME for ER/IR and Union matters.
