Head up ANZ recruitment for a Global IT Organisation, report into the Head of Talent -Global, work alongside Talent Consultants globally and create the talent function for ANZ.
This position is responsible for partnering with HR and business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies, tools and processes. This is a true business partner position that will see you as the Talent SME.
You will be responsible for;
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced IT Recruiter who is passionate about people and technology. You will have a ‘can do attitude’ and enjoy bringing people on the journey. You’re resilient, confident and outcomes focused. You are experienced in implementing recruitment processes, talent pooling, leveraging social media and implementing internal programs to source talent. You are able to build strong relations and influence and engage with key stakeholders. In return you will become part of a global organisation, working with colleagues across ASEAN to drive Talent. Experience in recruiting IT positions is required- ideally you are an IT recruitment guru!
