Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will be the specialist that develops and drives the policy and procedures that will support their growth. With out a solid system in place, there is not an accurate picture of the specifics at the moment - this is where you come in. You will create processes, systems, procedures and policy. You will also set up assessment centres to qualify bulk roles.
Working closely with key stakeholders you will also be involved in an integral recruitment and onboarding project. Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will be able to use your expertise to drive talent acquisition and enhance a wonderful purpose-driven organisation.
