This is a brand new role in a large well respected NFP that makes a huge impact on our community. This is truly one of those roles that doesn't come along very often.
Reporting to the Head of HR Strategy and Capability, you will be the specialist that develops and drives the strategy of a consultative talent acquisition model. Working closely with key stakeholders you will be developing and executing long term strategies in branding, marketing, and sourcing designed to attract key talent through all media channels. This amazing team has been building a leadership capability program from the ground up, rolling out a new capability framework, designing and running brand new values workshops, embedding messages about their new EVP, talent and succession planning and the list goes on. This is groundbreaking for this organisation and is being received with open arms. Now it's your turn to work on a talent strategy that will speak volumes to future employees!
