Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working with a blank canvas. You will review and pull the data together to understand the current state of play with the workforce and rostering. Partnering with the leaders of the business you will set up systems and dashboards that will help them with their business plans. You will be an integral part of setting the five year strategy with the Head of HR.
As a strategic Workforce Planning Manager, you will be accountable for leading the development of the organisations' workforce planning strategies, responsible for implementing and developing the reporting tools and resource management required across multisite businesses. You will also be working on a rostering centralisation project. This is a newly created role that has been created as they are going through major change and growth.
