This tech start-up that is experiencing a sold amount of growth and expansion into it's Australian operations is seeking a Technical Leader to join their business and manage their team of talented software engineers and be involved in hands on technical architecture of their product.

You will live and breathe the technical stack that they are in (PHP, MySQL JavaScript - React or VUe) but also be able to identify new technologies that can better serve the development of their product. Along with day to day management of the team, assisting with personal development, training one on ones. As well as technical leadership and taking responsibility for architectural designs.

Here is a further out line of being a tech lead here: 

• Providing technical leadership within a team of software engineers and providing strong architectural guidance.
• Contributing during all phases of the software development life-cycleto ensure the process is as effective and efficient as possible.
• Managing team members including assisting in hiring, personal development and training, one to ones.
• Work and coordinate with key stakeholders in all areas and create achievable development timelines
• Ensure development/production project milestones and benchmarks are achieved
• Managing team releases and code deployments.
• Maintaining cloud services and ensuring high service availability.

From a Tech side:

• You will have numerous years working experience with building complex web applications with PHP, JavaScript, MySql
• As well as experience in leading teams both technically and people development 
• Ability to work independently, manage deliverable and accurately estimate project lead times.
• Experience of agile development methodologies.
• Experience with being involved with React Native or mobile applications is a massive bonus!
