With international expansion and joint venture agreements locally and abroad, the product has been road mapped and it's up to you as a technical lead to roll out the vision and delivery of this product. You will have a passion for start-ups, lovely the flexibility and sometime chaotic environment that it creates in cause disruption in the financial technology world. 

It's essential in this role that you are a self starter and love solving problems with your technical abilities. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are ready to launch into the next stage of growth and success. With registered users of their product, investment and growth plans this company is ready to take on the financial world. It's a mobile first product that is essentially a Neo-bank. 

The opportunity will be providing input on the technical vision and engaging across the business and your team. On a daily basis you will be engaging with the team, building and nurturing them as well as ensuring they are focused on delivering the best possible product. You will be involved in Architecture and infrastructure. Focusing on the technical and security aspects of the product solution. Working with your team for technical solutions. Managing technical delivery, risks, debt, and helping build a delivery plan.

Here is what's needed:

• Experience with API integration and design with strong experience with AWS & Docker 
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others in a technical capacity
• Experience managing and optimising software development processes
  Strong understanding of development fundamentals and practices (TDD, SOLID, Code reviews,
  CI/CD)
• Experience in mobile product development & building consumer digital products
• Experience coaching and mentoring
• Experience working collaboratively with product managers and designers to create product
• Technical Knowledge of Pthyon/Django or software that is of a similar nature (Node.js/Ruby etc)
• Knowledge and interest in mobile technology (iOS/Android etc)
