Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will work very closely with key leaders to provide strategic support that will affect a workforce in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The organisation enjoys an enviable reputation and as such the people strategy will focus on developing new leaders, best practice onboarding, succession planning and talent management. You will work in a close knit HR team with a large portion of your time spent providing advice around performance and managing employee relations matters. You will be responsible for conducting investigations and partnering with the business.
