Human Resources Manager

This business has a long history moving Australia's economy. With further growth forecasted, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to partner with the senior Leaders from two key divisions to focus on HR strategy.

Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, you will be part of a larger HR team and responsible for working closely with key leaders to provide strategic support that will affect a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment whilst overseeing your (operational) HR team.
The people strategy will focus on increasing productivity, engagement, succession planning and talent management while continuning to drive commercial outcomes. 

The main focus will be strategy but you will need to be involved operationally when required. This is a varied role that covers people managment, HR strategy, HR operations, HR projects and a lot of stakeholder management. You will be outcomes focused and looking to get hands on in driving the strategic agenda.

With tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working as a Strategic Business Partner, you will have a seat at the leadership table, be able to build strong relationships and be able to communicate with impact to negotiate outcomes to best support the business. The ability to engage, coach and advise Leaders are key to the success of this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with a focus on HR Strategy.
