This organisation has developed and manufactured the world’s leading integrated technology solutions as well as equipment and technology. With large impact and plans to keep evolving they need a HR Manager to Partner with a key area.
  
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will work very closely with key leaders to provide strategic support that will affect a workforce in a fast-paced, professional environment. The organisation enjoys an enviable reputation and as such the people strategy will focus on developing new leaders, best practice onboarding, succession planning and talent management. 

You will also be responsible for providing business partnership support and driving improvement projects across the business but with a primary focus on - field operations with the key client being the Head of Field Operations. It is imperative you have experience with IR, in particular, the negotiation of EA's whilst maintaining good relationships with unions.

With tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working as a Strategic Business Partner, you will have a seat at the leadership table, be able to build strong relationships and be able to communicate with impact to negotiate outcomes to best support the business. The ability to engage, coach and advise Leaders are key to the success of this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, growing and changing environment.
