A leading start-up that is backed by some of Australia's leading player's in their industry are searching for a talented Senior or Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer.
They have successfully grown from MVP to product development over the past couple of years and are now looking at developing new and exciting features to their already successful product and enhance it to handle the load of national expansion. They have a team of talented full stack engineers (Ruby on Rails) based here in Sydney. Their product is disrupting the real estate industry.
Together we are searching for a talented and passionate Senior or Lead Rails Engineer/Developer to help build the next generation of this amazing software. You will be actively involved in building the technical assets for project. Working and mentoring the team to solve technical or design problems as they arise. Help with architecting the application and new features as they arise. Build out API's and manage the technical assets.

Technical requirements needed:
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails developing full stack web applications
- Knowledge of MySQL/MS SQL
- Decent knowledge of software engineering principles such as OOP & TDD
- The desire to write clean & testable code
- HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks ideally such as React
- Value team work, collaboration and problem solving
- Have a curious mind, be confident to express ideas and contribute to the culture
