This global Financial Services Company has an opportunity for an experienced Remuneration and Benefits/Finance Manager to support the Head of Human Resources across a variety of HR projects and initiatives, as well as managing day to day remuneration & benefits and some key financial tracking and reporting.

OPPORTUNITY

This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified Finance professional who initially commenced their career in Accounting/Finance before moving into a Remunerations and Benefits focused position. This position offers variety, a high level of responsibility and reports into an impressive HR Head who adopts a hands-off management approach. You will have the ability to stretch and grow your professional capabilities whilst being part of an impressive, outcomes focused team in a stable environment, paying an integral position for a Global Financial Services Organisation.  

OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for leading several key projects, vendor management, reward and recognition development, some budget ownership and compliance and reporting. As the R&B Manager you will be responsible for; embedding and enabling the HRIS systems, reviewing the current payroll set up and developing the recognition systems. You will be responsible for managing outsourced providers, overseeing global mobility partners and monitoring and tracking vendor performance. You will also be responsible for managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders both locally and internationally and have budget responsibilities. This roles partners with the Head of Human Resources and People Managers to execute upon the organisational people strategy and works closely with Finance for reporting purposes.
