This values based organisation has a strong focus on its community. On the verge of a transformational change, a need has arisen for an interim HR leader that can manage a team to deliver HR services to a large employee base.
 
You will partner with a client group of professionals to coach and collaborate with Managers to ensure that their business unit adds value to the organisation. You will have IR/ER, Recruitment, Employee Services, Payroll and Generalist HR practitioners looking to you for guidance and support. 
 
This is a great opportunity that will suit someone that is resilient, has the ability to work collaboratively, is able to inspire, coach and develop others whilst managing change and lead projects with confidence.
