HR Advisor (Employee Relations)

About the role
This is a fantastic role for an ER/IR graduate and/or HR Coordinator looking to specialise or develop their Employee Relations experience. You will be the first point of contact for all related enquiries, providing preliminary investigative support to the wider Advisory team, and you will be responsible for managing multiple enquiries and cases at any one time.

The nature of the organisation will see you being exposed to a variety of issues that will assist your learning and progress in this area. You will be supported by a very experienced leader, and be part of a team who excel in what they do, while enabling your clients to develop their own skills and capability in the ER space.

Salary: Circa $80k base + salary packaging + superannuation
