Are you an experienced HR Professional with a passion for employee and industrial relations OR a Human Resources ER/IR specialist, seeking a more generalist focus.

Reporting to the National HR Manager, working alongside a HR BP, with the support of a HR Coordinator and recruitment team, the National HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the business across all aspects of Human Resources and managing all employee relations and industrial relations escalations. This will include;

  • Managing an evolving case load of ER cases
  • Working across the workforce to mitigate people and employment risk
  • Providing advice on performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Conducting investigations into complaints
  • Partnering with key BU Managers, providing support and advice around legislation and best practice
  • Working with the National HR Manager with EA negotiations
  • Driving HR projects including; system implementations; driving capabilities (training) and developing managers and their teams through different initiatives.
