This global banking institution is looking to appoint an experienced Human Resources professional to join a small HR team, reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources.
This is a step up opportunity for a HR Business Partner looking to move into a senior HR management position over the next few years.
Working in a close knit team, you will have both an operational and strategic focus, working with key stakeholders across the business. Providing sound HR advice, you will partner with the business on the day to day and lead a variety of projects including; system implementation, onboarding project, OD projects and building capability.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a step up opportunity. You will enjoy a varied workload, with a good mix of partnering and HR projects. You will need to have experience in working with Executive stakeholders and be able to develop strong influential relationships. This is not a heavy employee relations or performance management focused position. It is more geared around operational support and long term strategy, being a trusted advisor, implementing new systems, structure and supporting the organisation through change both structurally and culturally off the back of some successful change pieces. They are looking to take things to the next level with a long term strategic approach.
Experience in system implementations and working experience for a global organisation within Banking & Finance or Professional Services is advantageous. This is a step up opportunity for a HR Business Partner looking to move into a management position over the next few years.
