Currently implementing a new talent acquisition model, they require an experienced Talent Specialist to focus on Assessment Centres for an initial 4 month contract along side the Talent Acquisition team.
Reporting to the TA Manager, you will predominately focus on running assessment centres as well as assist with pieces of recruitment across the business whilst the function is being established.
To be successful in this position you will have worked in unstructured environments and be able to work autonomously. It is essential that you can work with ambiguity and through a shared vision and purpose, work towards goals and outcomes aligned to the overall business objectives. Assessment centre experience is necessary, experience recruiting within the NFP and Health space is advantageous.
